Our papers to be checked by lawyers, mba, and IT professionals

If IT Professional check ISCA, Lawyer check law, MBA check SFM then it is correct, But remaining papers should check by C.A.'s only.

Law professionals for Laws

Its all upto ourselves how we prepare for exams.

Just do your best if concepts are clear all will do it. This all are just excuses to hide our incapability. 

Sorry guys nothing personal but think on it.

Why ICAI is calling a lawyer? Do you think he is very good at Corporate and allied laws? He has studied lot of laws in his LLB education but now a days mostly a common lawyer deals in divorce or property matters. He may not have all knowledge of corporate and allied laws. knowing companies Act 2013 is different from knowing answers to questions asked in exams.

If you call him as expert then tell me can a lawyer score 60+ by solving ca final law paper? Can an IT professional get 70+ in ISCA? If they have that knowledge only then the papers should be handed over to them.

Where is the dignity of profession? Is ICAI expecting us to be storage device who can copy the text from study material and paste it into answersheet? soon we will be treated like storage devices only, how much you remember is the only thing ICAI is checking thats it.

I can't believe this.This is really ridiculous guys..Its like ruining the student's future..If this is true I dont know how we all get rid of it...by protesting or what ???
