How many bank accounts can a private limited company have? If we opt for a second account , how should we consider it , can we classify it into primary & secondary ?

Company can open as many bank accounts as it likes. There is no concept of primary or secondary account. You have to just keep in mind stipulations, if any, in the specified by the lending bank, (e.g. the company will not bank with other bank without permission of the lending bank).

The term " lending bank " refers to the bank we are approaching for an accout or the existing bank?
