plz tell me for extension of article which form should be filled? i filled firstly form no 108 n after that form no 102 n 103

Online downloaded forms can be used but we have to pay the fees while submitting completed forms with annexures. Further photo I'd card has to be purchased separately from icai. Better to get forms from nearest chapters if available there
