Dear Members

I have a query regarding Online filling of Annual return Form FC-6 as per FCRA, 2010. A trust is there which is registered with FCRA, 1976,

My question is that " IS IT MANDATORY / COMPULSORY OF FILLING ANNUAL RETURN FC-6" . Kindly throw some light on this and some web site links/ proff for not mandatory to fill online FC-6 annual Return.

Dear Members I have a query regarding Annual return filing FC-3 as per FCRA, 2010. A trust is there which is registered with FCRA, 1976 as per letter dated 18/04/2011., My question is when it will be liable to file its Annual Return FC-6.FC-6 will it be liable for filing for financial year 2010-2011 or 2011-2012. Yes, it is online filing of returns and this has been made mandatory for the last 3 years. You will have to send the copy of the online returns within seven days of filing the returns. This should be accompanied by the FC-6 (prepared manually) signed by the auditor, copy of consolidated FC audit reports (including R&P, I&E and BS) and bank statement for the FY.
