Sir,
Can he run two separate business with separate business names with single TIN. if Yes, then can he make invoice with the trade name different from the name registered with the department mentioning TIN? or is there any other way to intimate the department for two different trade names? Is any permission or legal formalities required for issuing Invoice in Trade name?
