Dear Experts

Is it possible that one Assessee is carrying on one business u/s 44AB and other u/s 44AD?

yes ,as per my opinion we can keep both the section 44AB & 44AD individuly if person carrying 2 business & one business applicable business audit & other not then he can take.......................but u jst confirmed with others.................

Yes u can do it 2 or more business

i think it is not possible for one assessee can file return u/s 44ab & ohter u/s 44ad because one assessee can return file once time. have one pan no. how can possible. please wait another ans.
