Friends,
While adding a clause in objects of MOA, some other clause has been ommitted as a printing error & that MOA filed with ROC.
Now my query is, is it the right course to again file an intimation for addition of that ommitted clause.
Plz. share ur views
MCA has not yet made any provision for rectification of e-forms. Hence you will have to follow normal procedure for alteration of Objects Clause of MoA.
