Ole error in json file creation for gstr 9c

hi all,

Need resolution on the below

While trying to insert dsc and creation of json file I am creeping with an error stating "Microsoft excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action"..I tried multiple times and same error creeped in.

what is the solution for this??
