Object clause

To carry on in India or abroad the business of producers, manufacturers, importers, exporters of and dealers in all kinds of paints, distempers, pigments, writing, printing and inks of all other kinds and raw materials used for the preparation of the above, and to carry on the business of manufacturing, fabricating, developing, improving, repairing or otherwise dealing in all such machinery, plant, equipment and other related facilities for the production of the aforesaid.
