Number of directorships
Hi,
For calculating the number of directorships that a person holds on a particular date, do we take into account foreign companies where the person is a director??

Hi Anshuman,
Companies Act, 2013 is not applicable on such Foreign Companies, hence directorships of Foreign Companies is excluded in calculating the directorships
