Please suggest me what the possible resolution i can do.

You must revise your return addressing the defects the IT Department has pointed out within 15 days from the receipt of intimation.You can seek an extension by writing to your local Assessing Officer, if you fail to revise your income tax return within 15 days.
The income received as per TDS/TCS has to be declared, you have received a chance to declare.

You can do a fair revision with all docs supporting your claim.
