Login in your account on income tax india efiling website and go to compliance section.

click on view and submit complaince. you will find your notice and related details there.

you can answer the notice there and submit the compliance.

choose ITR has not been filled

select other option and manually enter your remark

Clearly fill details of your income, tax calculation and tds deduction in remarks.

if possible to file return now select return under preparation and file your late return as early as possible.
