what will be the penalty if a pvt ltd co files to file the SH-7 within the stupilated time whose having 35 Cr authorised

When the authorized capital of the Company is Rs. 35 Crores, ROC Fee for filing form SH-7 in time is Rs. 600.
1. If the period of delay is upto 30 days, the penalty is twice of normal filing fee (1200+600=1800)
2. if the period of delay is more than 30 days and upto 60 days, the penalty is four times of normal filing fee (2400+600=3000)
3. if the period of delay is more than 60 days and upto 90 days, the penalty is six times of normal filing fee (3600+600=4200)
4. if the period of delay is more than 90 days and upto 180 days, the penalty is 10 times of normal filing fee (6000+600=6600)
5. if the period of delay is more than 180 days and upto 270 days, the penalty is 12 times of normal filing fee (7200+600=7800)
If the company fails to file form SH-7 in stipulated time of 300 days, it have to file petition with CLB for condonation of delay in filing SH-7.
