I SUBMITTED ALL STATMENTS TO MY AUDITOR FOR FY 2015- 16 , BUT STILL HE DOESN,T FILED RETURN WHAT SHOULD I DO .

Dear Sir
As you mentioned above FY 2015-16, than ITR shall be filled in next year by 30th september in case of company.
If your asking about AY 2015-16 than kindly coordinate with your Auditor and ask for filling status of your ITR,
You have to follow up constantly. You must also pay fees regularly.
Remind him constantly
For FY 15-16 the due date of filing is 31st July 2016. Continue u r follow up.
