Non-filing of return
Dear Sir,
what is the penalty for the company who did not file the return for AY:15-16 till now??
The company does not require to get audited!!!!

Company doesnot required to get audit means tax audit .....ok,
if company does not furnish the return for Ass. Year 2015-16 upto 31.3.2016 , can file its return upto 31.3.2017 with penalty of Rs. 5000/-
