I do not have have Salary slip nor my employer has given form 16 since imcome is below taxable limits. But my salary is deposited in bank acount as salary transfer. In this case how can I file ITR?

You are not required to file income tax return if your taxable income is less than 2 lac. However if you wish to file, you can use ITR-1
