Next batch of Three Months Residential Programmme at NIFM

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
 
I am glad to inform that we have successfully concluded the first Three Months Residential Programmme on Professional Skills Development that was started from April 28, 2008. The programmme was very useful to the participants to help them in imbibing the professional skills required for effective functioning in business organisations and profession. The programme was conducted at National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), Faridabad. NIFM is having campus of 42 acres, that is beautifully landscaped and offers a calm and serene academic environment.
 
The programme immensely helped the participants in developing personal qualities, inter-personal, team-work and leadership skills required for working within complex and turbulent environment. Reputed faculty drawn from academia, industry and profession interacted with the participants. Overall the programme was highly appreciated by the participants.
 
Considering their response we are conducting next batch of the programme from August 11, 2008 at NIFM. The subsidised fees have been kept at Rs. 48,000 which includes boarding and lodging. The loan facilities to the students from the Bank of Baroda is available.
 
The programme is divided in six modules covering developing personal traits, corporate communications, strategic management, practice development and management, professional business environment, multi-disciplinary case studies in the areas of relevance to the profession, and would also include field visit. Sessions would also be held on yoga, meditation and group activities. The key features of the programme include:
