New debit card
I HAVE TAKEN A NEW DEBIT CARD FROM CENTRAL BANK 2 DAYS AGO......I M SUCCESSFUL IN USING IT IN ATM BUT UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR NOV 14 EXAM....IT IS VERIFIED BY VISA CARD......WHETHER I HAVE TO REGISTER SOME WHERE ELSE TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT....PLZ HELP

Its a technical thing and hence if you do not get proper response on this forum, its advisable that you pay from other place like Cyber cafe who regularly fill forms for different courses. Inquire if the cafe owner has filled a CA form before to avoid any glitch due to inexperience.
Your transaction is a Visa transaction and you might need a 3d secure pin, which in my experience can only be created online. Anyways if you have little or no experience in these things, taking external help or help of a friend who has a Visa card, makes more sense.

Kindly never use your card in insecure locations like cyber cafe as it can leave you vulnerable to threats from many unknown sources. You can either approach your bank to validate your net banking facility or simply use any of your friends card to make payment.
