I think not eligible, because they require masters degree.

CA is not recognised qualification for NET. M.com degree is eligible qualification.

If a Chartered Accountant pursue M.Com through ICAI route whether this M.Com degree is eligible for Net exam.
Yes.
Few colleges accept CA degree for research.
Once you have qualified CA, you can apply for it. You need not to go for NET in order to persue research.
