Needs for a cs

I had a stage fear...Really hands starts vibrating at that moment...but no problem with speaking english and communicating with others....Standing before some people is always making me trouble...Now i am pursuing "CS Executive" ....

Will this problem stops my career as company secretary?
Whether Public Speaking must for CS?

Just a stage fear doesn't hamper your aspirations for a professional career. Having said that, this can be easily avoided by practising public speech n number of times till the fear goes away. It can be alongside cs executive. You got enough time for these preparations. And public speech is something which is to be learnt by people from all fields of their career. It increases their confidence and helps in their career advancement. You can look out for a public speech community club called 'Toastmasters' club' this is a very good platform which can help you in overcoming this fear over the stage. All the best
