Need for a tds certificate

sir my salary not more than 2,50,000/- and company not deducted my tds but i need fo a form 16 for loan so pls suggest

no. it is not possible . how you want form16A without deducting TDS. if u cuaght while cross checking its default list of u r PAN.

be think before making this

how can u get that if nobody is deducting ur tds or not showing ur salary in tds return. but you can give them copy of your itr.

even if ur salary is less then ₹ 2.5 lac..u can avail Form 16A from ur employer although TDS is not applicable to u. every employer obligation is to provide form 16A to employees.. form 16 is only provided when u have other income other than salary on which TDS had been deducted.otherwise not possible.
otherwise u can provide 26AS statemnt to the loan provider for the said years

dear mayur forn 16 is for salary and form 16a is for other then salary.. in future he can ask his employer to deduct tds but how can he show now.. ??

there is no requirement that if only tds is deducted u can get form 16... u can avail form 16 by emplyer after the year end even though tds is not deducted.
in form 16 tds column wil b nil.
its just a proof demanded by the loan provider to cross check the authenticity of the loan acceptor n whether he is having sufficient fund to repay the loan...
