	DEAR ALL LOOKING FOR EXPERT ADVICE AND HELP ON TDS REFUNDS BEING IMPOSED AS INCOME AND IT DEPT CREATED DEMAND. THIS IS THE MATTER OF WARD 25 (4). Pl CONTACT ON 9810209740 IF CAN HELP US OUT. REGARDS.

	TDS refunds ........................... for individuals and HUF, its capital receipt, and only the interest is taxable, as they dont claim expense under their computation for incometax, for others such receipt is revenue, ( where the incometax is claimed as expense), hence it would be added back in income in the year of receipt.
