Need clarification
Why annual report of a company is preparing only in english, why not in local language of the state where the registered office of the company is situated

There is no provisions according to me in the ACT for language of annual report. But language should be which is easy to understand by every stake holder in the Country. English language is easy to understandable for all the peoples. So this may be the reason behind this. Your views are solicited.
