Need assistance in tax filing

Hi,

I was working in a organization for the period Apr 2011 - Dec 2011. I submitted all my actual investment proofs by Dec 2011 and the IT used to take from us during Jan 2012 - Mar 2012.

But I releaved from the organization by Dec 2011 and joined new organization. In the new organization I failed to furnish the previous organization Income since I was waiting for the Last few month salary slips for old organization.

 

I will get form 16 from old organization with income until Dec 2011 with some tax due. But new organization will give me form 16 with out any tax.

 

How can I overcome this situation, pay my tax due and also get clearance from IT dept?

Please help me out !  Thanks in Advance ! 

 

Actulally, thats not your problem. Your organisation will be questioned.

Better, Make them pay the correct TDS along with interest. INt won't be too much.

Basic pay Rs.10789/-

Spl Allowance Rs.8739/-

HRA - Rs.5394

Conveyance Rs.800

Medical Expensxes Rs.1250

1.   My husband is sastrigal.  he need not file his return.  We are paying insurance premium Rs.23570/- pa.

2.  my house is under loan.  We are paying Rs.8903/- monthly.

Kindly let me know how to fill declaration form for 2012-13 and also I would like to know how to file efiling.
