Name change before incorporation of llp

I had applied for name reservation and got least preferred name approved.  I had not yet incorporated the LLP.   Could I go in for name change now? If yes, then what is the procedure? Since it is not yet incorporated, should I just file another file another Form 1 for new name? or apply for name change in Form 1?  Also the partners contribution in the earlier Form 1 was wrongly entered by CS.  Can we change the partners contribution when applying for new name?  Please advise.
