name appering on pan card is HARI PRASHAD GUPTA but in I.T department They registered HARI PARSHAD GUPTA WITH SAME PAN NO.

due to above mention problem i didnot recived Gst Provisional Id and password On my delhi vat dealer login so can i enroll in gst with exsitting information which are registeted in Income tax department site and can i wait for provisioanl id and password which shown on dealer login page and go to Vat department and take id and password from his trade name judristional and gst enrollment date will be extended or not ?
