i am just starting propritory firm for trading of machine spares in mumbai should i required MVAT registration now or wait for GST until july also suggest is voluntary registration is compulsary or after perticular sales limit

Registration depends upon your requirement for TIN no. to do business.
Voluntary is compulsory, but businessmen do it to get credit on inputs and not the break the credit chain.
