In monthly Mvat return,after efiling for month of Oct,16.In Dec,One bill of Oct is recd.

so, whether we need to revise Oct-16 MVAT Return or Put same in Dec-16 Return.

If goods are received in Oct, then should be recorded in Oct.
Instead of revising return now, I guess VAT audit will be applicable, so after VAT audit one revised return to sum up all can be filled. And as it increases purchases, hence credit of VAT, so u can carry forward it to next.
You can revise return only once before VAT audit and one considering all effects after VAT audit. So decide it as per information by your regular VAT auditor or accountant, what process they follow.
