what is last date of payment of mvat for dealers filing half yearly returns. is it 21 or 30 th Oct.

21st Oct the Normal last date, but being Holidays & Diwali you may file by 30th
i am not asking about date of return filing,i am asking about Last date of PAYMENT of vat.
I guess its 30th
