Multiple cost centres in tally erp9

Dear Forum Members,

I will be happy if anyone enlighten me on the above subject.  Ours is a NGO Invoiving in service oriented activities.  To findout + or - for a particular project which is of grands from Government it will be through the links mentioned in thsi bracket (State-> Block-> Panchayat-> Common Service Centres -> final expenses). How can we maintain in this routing in Tally ERP9?
