MOT charges

Dear all Expert

Pls tell me regarding MOT charges, if we complete our export processure within office time period (means filling of container, weighing of container bcz we have weighing permission) but the officer is coming late(after office time) for supervision & sign, on that time they take time on ARE 1 after office time, in that case they issue notice for MOT & they charge Rs. 585 per 3 hrs.

what we should do on this matter?
