Hi,

Can any one clarify me regarding issue of Form -16.

Form -16 can issue all the employees, even there is no taxable income.

we not filed e_TDS returns for thouse employees. without mention NSDL acknowledgement numbers can we issue ?

If there is no taxable income, no compulsory mention NSDL acknowledgement numbers & issue form 16.

Form No.16 is a statutory form and has to be issued only when the statute requires it to be issued. It is required to be issued only when tax has been deducted from Salary and hence, there is no need to issue the same in cases where there is no deduction of tax.
