Mistake in paper

In the FR paper, i cancelled an answer that was right by mistake as in the hurry of finishing i was supposed to cancel the answer next to it but i cancelled this ans so i panicked and wrote at the side of the answer that this was cancelled by mistake kindly consider, will this amount to cheating? Will they debar me or withhold my result?
