I have filled one page of form 103 wrong by mistake. the mistake is done in all triplicate forms. i again sorted permission for the same course, i had already sort institute's permission, while filling 103 for re registration, as i am taking transfer.Can i attach page from another form???. i am asking this ques. because there is bar code on all the pages of the form. please help.

According to me you should buy a new form and fill it again.
And you can do only one course at one time with Articleship.

yes, you may use whitener in the form and can correct it.
