Can a minor be a partner in a firm. If yes what are its right and what is its liability in the firm ??

A minor has a right to his agreed shares of profits . He can sue the partners for accounts his liablity is confined only to the extent of his share in the profits and the property of the firm. He has no personal liablity for the debts of the firm incurred during his minority
