Does the new companies act, 2013 prescribe any minimum shareholding for a director?

sec 270 requiers that if the articles of comapny reqyiers the directors to take qualification shares than they need to hold qualification shares within 2 months from the date of appointment of director.
if the director does not hold qualification shares he need to vacate the office after 2 months (sec 283)
there is no other requiernment for director to hold shares.

Thanks Jainendra Ji for your response, but that is the situation according to sec 270, CA 1956.
But what about qualifying shares in the new act, companies act 2013 ?
