MICS - IT ACT NOTES REQUIRED

Dear Friends,

One of my friend is appearing for Final exams in May 2010, he requires Notes of Information Technology Act (as amended),

He has the copy of all the amendments but he was saying that it would't be possible for him to go through the entire amendments in detail..

I would be grateful if anyone of you can share the Notes on the subject,
