We are paying Bus contractor for bringing employees from home to office and back . pls tell me whether FBT or not

we having one bus which is used to pickup & drop our employees. Pls tell me whether cost of the depreciation of a bus, fuel charges, driver salary attract FBT or Not 

we are paying to employees an amount of Rs.25000/- towards airteravel expences who tarevel for the purose of busines development and  attending claints work. whether it attracty FBT?
