Entry Tax in haryana

The state assembly passed the Haryana tax on entry of goods into the Local Areas Bill, 2008,in the month of March. However the department has not issued notification yet.

we are in the busness of textiles processing(dyeing) and on processing

excise duty (additional and basic) is leived. We ae chrging excise duty

on job work which includes the cost of dyes& chemicals an other expenses including  profits. The textile processing falls under the goods of special importances . whether the cst on transfer of property in the goods  will be levied on the processor of textiles when Excie duth (AED ) is paid on the job work .
