Only CA can do the audit
VAT Audit can be done by CA only is it correct.

Should TDS be deducted on Gross Amount (inclusive Service Tax) or excuding Service Tax ?
The due date for submission of VAT Audit Report in Karnataka is 31.12.08. So far as in Karnataka, the Audit report in case companies have to be compulsarily by CAs only. In case of other entites, it can be CWA or tax practitioners.
