very urgent query

I am a PCC student undergoing my articleship . i am also pursuing my graduation B.COM. FINAL year .my PCE attempt is MAY 2009.my B.CoM. final year’s paper are in April 2009. I am also eligible to appear in ICWAI INTER exam DECEMBER 2008. But as per CA institute instructions , we can’t do two addl. courses at one time (B.COM. + ICWAI). I can’t drop my grad. As it’s my last year. I have waited eagerly for my Icwai attempt .but now when it has come, this problem has come.i have taken permissin from icai to do B.COM. Please advise me what should i do? Please also explain consequences if I do both courses without the permission of ICAI?
