I want know that -can an employer pay medical re imbursment on monthly basis to employee i.e. can an employer include in his salary structure medical reimbursment so that employee can claim tax exemption.

Yes employee can show this by way of medical allowance of Rs. 1,250p.m., so that the employee can claim the medical reimbursement of 15000 Rs. in his return
