If one is ca and bba can he do mcom from a good college or bcom is necessary?

Hey, it differs from college to college..some colleges might admit students to M.com even if they have done a different course at the UG Level...some colleges demand a B.com degree. By the way why would a CA want to go back and do M.com?? In my opinion it is not worth at all.
