Same problem is faced by all of us.
i think infosys is not able to handel this site.

same problem is faced by us ,but i will suggest you to upload at night or on sunday .
Has it been given to infosys but recently I saw the name TCS.
Services of the MCA 21 portal are presently unavailable due to technical maintenance. Stakeholders are advised to visit portal on 9th March 2013. Inconvenience caused is regretted.
and MCA is Taking Consultancies from TCS Still, Though Managed by Infosys.

MCA site was one of the best E Governance projects under taken by GOI.
Its very sad that the services are very frequently disturbed causing undue delay to the stakeholders.
Hope this is getting resolved permanently and MCA is back to its normalcy.

MCA 21 portal is not working Properly.
