Hello

As we all know that with introduction of revised schedule VI Format, the existing forms 23AC and 23ACA are discontinued.

As per MCA Circular, the last date of fiiling these annual returns is 30 days from the date of AGM or 15th September 12 whichever is letter.

I understand that till date the new forms are not updated on ROC Portal. Since we are approaching end of Aug-12. there are very few days left for the uploading.

Any Idea, when the revised forms 23AC and 23ACA will be availible on MCA Portal?
