Is Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 part of CA FINAL May 2015 syllabus?

In the online module there is no Sarbanes Oxley Act chapter as such.
Does it mean it is not applicable for may 2015? Or
Mistakenly skipped?
If at all the chapter is removed from ayllabus , can any one please confirm the same?
