What is the maximum delay period in annual filing of the company?Is there any provision of 268 days by which annual filing should be done?

As per Section 403, all forms can be filed within 270 days from the due date of filing of the form after paying additional fees.
Thus, Financial Statements can be filed within 300 days of AGM and Annual Return can be filed within 330 days of AGM.
