my Q. is a feed com. purchase maize and in this goods he is paid 2500/- mandi tax . so in which head com entered this tax amount. this is puchase cost or company exp, or legal exp.

Hi Sawan, Mandi Tax is charged once in whole supply chain. So When a dealer purchase feed from Farmers then that time he would liable to pay this as a tax to mandi authority, Otherwise it would be entertain as purchase cost and would be added in purchase
