MAFA - A full toss for Sreeram Coaching Students

I THINK THE PAPER WAS FULLY FROM PAST PAPERS. ONE WHO HAD DONE COMPLIATION HAS ALSO DONE WELL. YA I AGREE IT WAS BETTER THAN ACCOUNTS.

MAFA is a beauty. But I had a difficulty in answering Green Field Privitisation(6m) and Financial Engineering(6m). Capital Bdgeting problem is a lengthy one which take atleast 1 hour to analyse and answer. Remaining all are past exam questions.

yeah time was the only limiting factor so scoring 70-80 depends on your strike rate - well this is the AGE OF 20-20 and it seems institute has joined the fast track with lalith Modi - do what you need to do in 50 overs in just 20 overs . so qtns are set for 5 hrs and solve them in 3 hrs --------quality matters no more. Give a thump down to nice presentation (Like classic shots of dravid) just hit hard and rush

The pity is to poor valuers are going to suffer for the sadism of examiners

There is a difference between 50 over /20-20 match vs CA. Whatever we did for 50 over match the same thing we are doing in 20 over match [with some modifications]. In CA Final Nov 08 exam,  4 to 5 hours pressurised question paper  was given for accountancy. But it was not so in case of MAFA. Exactly 3 hours is fit enough for that provided you are thorough on to the subject. CA institute may commit mistake but not all times. This time they did well in case of MAFA is what i prefer.

even though mafa was better, it was lenghty. cap. budgeting problem should have been set fr 30 mrks instead of 20. lavanya & Renjit r right.
