I have purchased a single residential flat in the FY 2014-15. And there is a LTCG on sale of residential flat & LTCG even on the sale of gold ornaments in the same year. Can i claim deduction under both the sections 54 & 54F?

Yes.
Deduction u/s 54 can be claimed in respect of Captial gains on account of sale of residential house and deduction u/s 54F can be claimed in respect of capital gains on account of sale of gold ornaments.
